Dr. Stefanie Nick-Magin received her doctorate at the University of Speyer. Before, she had studied at the University of Tübingen comparative religion, political science and history. Because of her work experience – among others as an educational expert in leadership training for civil servants at the Führungskolleg Speyer, in association work and as a deputy professor at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg – she connects humanistic approaches with topics from public administration and economics, frequently from the point of view of ethics. She researches and teaches about team-cooperation, empathy, altruism and procedural fairness.
