Research fellowships for young female scientists
Call for applications for three fellowships worth €5,000 each
The Global Ethic Institute at the University of Tübingen is awarding three two-month research fellowships to outstanding young female researchers under the age of 35 who are conducting research at the intersection of economics, ethics, and society. The fellowships support scientifically excellent and socially relevant research projects on globally responsible business and coexistence. The fellowships are specifically designed to promote young women in science.
Thematic fields 2025

Fellowship 1: Systemic trust in the financial sector
Scholarship from the Global Ethic Institute
Research into trust mechanisms in financial systems, institutional trust, and the social foundations of stable economic orders.
Fellowship 2: Economic approaches to biodiversity
Scholarship in cooperation with global-woods international AG
Development of sustainable economic models for the protection of biodiversity, evaluation of ecosystem services, and innovative financing approaches for nature conservation.


Fellowship 3: Ethics of Artificial Intelligence
Scholarship in cooperation with the Association of the Society of Friends of the Global Ethic Institute e.V.
Investigation of ethical challenges posed by AI technologies in business and society, with a particular focus on responsible AI governance.
