She studied general rhetoric and sociology in Tübingen, focusing on power and persuasion, the linguistic construction of reality, and “rhetoric and narcissism.” In 2018, Anna Tomfeah and Heidrun Haug launched the practical project “Responsible Communication” – an initiative for more ethics in corporate communication. In July 2021, the joint book “Credible Corporate Communication – Impulses for Responsible and Effective Practice” was published by Springer Verlag, which Anna Tomfeah co-edited. The Bavarian-Ghanaian mother lectures at the Global Ethic Institute on the topic of value-oriented corporate communication as well as both agonistic and invitational dialogue culture.
