Research at the Global Ethic Institute in Tübingen focuses on key ethical issues at the intersection of economics, society, and global responsibility. The Institute views economics not as an isolated field, but as embedded within broader social, cultural, and technological contexts.
The Global Ethic Institute therefore contributes through its research to economic issues, particularly in the areas of the social market economy as a peace project, contextual economics, learning democracy, and financial ethics.
In addition, related fields such as bioethics, medical ethics, and digital ethics are also incorporated into the research. This perspective enables the interdisciplinary analysis of complex challenges of our time and the development of responsibility-oriented solutions.
