This project is a six-day domestic youth exchange program designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking skills among young people. Thirty participants aged 18–30 from five different countries (Turkey, Croatia, Spain, Hungary, and Germany) will learn core entrepreneurship concepts—such as generating business ideas, preparing business plans, financial literacy, and sustainable business models—through workshops, team-building games, and case studies.
The project’s key objectives are to raise young people’s awareness of entrepreneurship concepts, processes, and business planning; to encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving; to establish mentorship and support networks by connecting participants with successful young entrepreneurs; to strengthen collaboration and experience-sharing among youth from different countries; to provide information on business incubators, funding opportunities, and entrepreneurial tools; to develop personal and professional skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience; and to design strategies for sustaining impact after the project’s conclusion.
