Since August 2024, Dr. theol. Alexandra Kaiser-Duliba has been working as a senior assistant (post-doc) and lecturer at the Institute for Social Ethics (ISE) at the University of Lucerne. She is writing her habilitation thesis at the University of Lucerne under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Peter G. Kirchschläger on the topic of solidarity and business ethics. She completed her doctoral studies in theological ethics with a focus on moral theology at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2018 to 2024, graduating in 2024 with a dissertation on the use of AI and robotics in nursing (Young Theology Award 2025). At the Global Ethic Institute, she teaches the seminars “Management and Ethics” and “Beyond self-interest? Solidarity as an ethical resource in business.”
