Dr. Raban Daniel
Fuhrmann

Dr. Raban Daniel Fuhrmann is a process expert who supports reform processes in politics, business, and civil society. He is the owner of ReformAgentur, a process consulting firm, and director of the Academy for Learning Democracy.

At the Global Ethic Institute, he teaches courses on governance, leadership, and democracy.

He studied economics, politics, and sociology in Heidelberg and Konstanz, conducted research at the universities of Leipzig, Boston, and Bielefeld, and received his doctorate in political science from the University of Witten-Herdecke with a thesis on “Procedural Politics.” His current research focuses on establishing a procedural science (procedurology).

After working at universities (including as head of organizational development and entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Berlin) and as a project developer for NGOs (Pulse of Europe) and foundations (including the Bertelsmann Foundation), he now works as an independent process coach and procedural consultant, supporting decision-makers from government, business, and society in designing their reform and modernization processes.

As a procedural researcher, process designer, and project developer in the fields of organizational and democratic development, his scientific and consulting work therefore focuses on strengthening a learning democracy.
