Finn Seidel studied business administration and organizational design. As the founder and CEO of LOKORA GmbH, he focused on transforming the food industry. LOKORA connected small farms directly with retailers, restaurants, and institutional food service providers, delivering regional food products through an innovative, platform-based micrologistics concept. The goal was to change structures, think about value creation in more regional terms, shorten supply chains, and reshape collaboration among stakeholders in the food system.
Previously, Finn Seidel was a co-founder of TANTRUM GmbH, which developed one of the first energy sodas and marketed it throughout Germany. His entrepreneurial experience thus ranges from developing new branded products to exploring how entire value creation systems can be transformed.
Today, Finn Seidel works as an Innovation Scout at the University of Tübingen’s Startup Center, where he supports students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into viable business models. In doing so, he combines his own entrepreneurial experience with an eye for innovation and transformation processes.
At the Global Ethic Institute, he teaches the course “Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship—Shaping the Future Through Entrepreneurship.” The course focuses on how social and environmental challenges can give rise to new, sustainable business models and how economic success can be combined with responsibility and impact.
