Klaus J. Schuler is the founder and managing director of Tripl3Leader, a consulting firm specializing in value-based leadership, organizational development, and sustainability. As a strategic sparring partner, facilitator, and thought leader, he helps companies integrate responsibility, ethics, and sustainability into their structures and decisions. His work combines systemic clarity with practical applicability. With many years of experience in HR strategy, change management, and sustainable corporate management, he supports leadership teams in making organizations resilient, humane, and impact-oriented. Prior to this, Klaus Schuler spent 14 years in a management position at one of the largest management consultancies specializing in executive assessment and development, where he held global responsibility for teams, locations, clients, and service quality as a board member. He is a Global Ethic Ambassador and Head of Business Ethics at the UNV. At the Global Ethic Institute, he teaches on the topic of “Ethical Corporate Management: Approaches, Methods, and Tools.”
