From May 11 to 13, 2023, the TUM Heilbronn Campus organized a block seminar on the topic of “Moral and Ethical Aspects of Intercultural Corporate Management” in cooperation with the Global Ethic Institute in Tübingen.
Based on theoretical inputs from the speakers, Professor Dr. Dr. Ulrich hemel, Dr. Bernd Villhauer and Anna Tomfeah, the students worked in groups, analyzed a number of case studies and dealt with various aspects of moral and ethical principles. One of the most important lessons the students learned at the end of the seminar was how decisions in life are related to these principles and values. The students were very interested in the topics and also discussed them outside of class.
A continuation of the cooperation is already being planned.
