A few months ago, the German Stifterverband and its anniversary initiative “Wirkung hoch 100” selected our World Citizen School as one of 100 innovative projects in the field of education and innovation. As part of the funding program, the World Citizen School has joined forces with the innovative entrepreneurship program of the “Teamacademy” (HS Bremerhaven) and the “University of the Future” project (KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt). The goal of the joint project is to initiate systemic changes in the education system through cross-university collaboration. Under the title “Collective Impact for Student Empowerment”, an educational platform is to be created that consistently and authentically promotes the self-organization and self-determination of students in learning in communities, startups and initiatives.
