The 17 Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the United Nations will only change the world if dialogue is their common denominator. Leaders and inspirators from the International Union of Christian Business Executives (UNIAPAC), the Association Chrétienne des Cadres et des Dirigeants (ADIC) and the Institute for Social Strategy therefore invited people to reflect on and participate in updating the culture of dialogue in our society at the Leading Together Cycle 2022 conference in Brussels on February 11. In this context, the Director of our Institute, Ulrich Hemel, gave a well-received lecture to invited entrepreneurs from various Belgian associations in Brussels at 7:30 a.m. in the Cistercian Abbey “La Cambraye” on the topic of sustainable business management of companies in the face of the new demands of fairness, transparency and good communication in today’s world. Today more than ever, targeted and value-based talent management is a prerequisite for sustainable success. A total of over 60 business leaders attended the event.
