Schwerpunktthema ist das Führen und Verhandeln in China. Dabei wird untersucht, ob und inwieweit die chinesische Kultur das wirtschaftliche Verhalten in China beeinflusst. Um die Besonderheiten der chinesischen Wirtschaftskultur herauszustellen, wird auch die US-amerikanische Wirtschaftskultur als Kontrastkultur herangezogen.
